Hi!

My lion works great. I restarted it few times and it boot normally. Today it won't boot. I didn't touch anything and when i want to boot I get something like this : The System Bootstrapper Crashed.

Please help! This is not the first time when i get this. frown.png

are you duel booting with another OS? Other's have had issue with real mac, https://discussions.apple.com/message/17533502#17533502

you may want to run the installer and from there go to Disk Utility and do a repair of the drive and permission first. A reinstall may be needed tho if that doesn't work. Of course you can try booting with chameleon installed to a different drive or USB too. Or maybe you'll get better answers to the same question you asked on another thread here and again on T-mac's :)

It was running fine before right? I don't think this was a problem caused by your install, hopefully just a freak occurrence and not a sign of a failing drive. If everything worked fine for a while before, the same install methods should be fine again. You don't NEED a DSDT, unless you need a DSDT :) It's not a requirement but can make for a more vanilla install and therefore easier software updates. More critical on some systems than others. See what doesn't work and decide from there if it's something you want to learn to do or ask for help on.
