Costanegra Posted July 11, 2012 Share Posted July 11, 2012 Hello. I recently updated my computer to 10.7.4 from the combo update package. After installation, Software Update showed a Mac OS X 10.7.4 Supplemental Update. This update addresses an issue where certain new APIs for file access are not present on some systems. Does anybody have any experiences they want to share with this update? Is it safe to install from SU? Are there any precautions one should take before installing, I.E. kexts backups, etc? Thanks.
