panic cpu 1 caller 0x2a6ac2

I am following two instructions to install SL on my X61s (7688-CTO).

But both hit the same kernel panic as "panic cpu 1 caller 0x2a6ac2". I am thinking something to do with dsdt.aml, even installed linux and extract one dsdt.aml for my motherboard. Still no luck, any inputs will be highly appreciated,
