King John
So far i've been using TM's legacy CD's.. I had luck once installing, but I couldn't boot into OSX. I've seen others, but mainly they're for 10.7.x, which doesn't help me right now. I'm guessing iATKOS is another boot CD option, but it looks complicated. If someone could give me a download link and a brief discription, that'd be awesome. Oh, and I'm using and AMD processor. FX-8150 to be exact. It supports SSE2, 3, and 4a. Alessandro17
1) iATKOS is not a boot CD, it is a distribution. 2)We can't give you download links, as distributions are basically pirated software. 3)iATKOS Lion will not work with an AMD processor. But you seem to know that. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279886-explain-iatkos-to-me/#findComment-1827589 Share on other sites
King John
That's my bad. I had no idea it was a distro. I don't really intend to follow this further, I already have a 10.6.3 retail disk, but thanks for telling me. 1 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279886-explain-iatkos-to-me/#findComment-1827597 Share on other sites
