Mackie Onyx BlackJack USB, OSX 10.6.8, Recording popping.

Hello,

I recently built my hackintosh, and I love it! Any who the when I do a recording on any program I get a massive poping sound on playback, I tried the interface on my macbook and it has no problems. I see somewhat similar posts about firewire interfaces, but I really would like to know if anyone knows how to fix it when its coming from USB.

IE Does buying a separate card from mobo help USB or is that just for firewire interfaces?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
