Huckleberry Pie Posted April 11, 2012 Share Posted April 11, 2012 Was it just me, or is anyone else getting this blank blue screen problem upon loading OS X, after installing Sophos Antivirus? The system restarts fine after installation, in fact I can use it a few times, but after a day or two the screen just blinks for half a second and then this pale blue swatch shows up - disk seems to be doing some activity, but after some eons of waiting nothing else happens, it's just stuck on that damned blue screen. Starting it up with -v -x works, and removing Sophos seems to have cured things, but could it be kernel-related?
