munkymonkjr Posted September 16, 2006 Share Posted September 16, 2006 i installed 10.4.6-myz release using the vmware method through linux, it seemd to have installed ok i think. then in ubuntu (my primary OS) i edited the grub.conf to include title OSX root (hd0,2) chainloader +1 and its giving me no love. when i pick OSX from the menu i get: Booting "OSX" root (hd0,2) Filesystem type unknown, partition type 0xb chainloader +1 HFS+ partition error :censored2: ....ideas on how to resolve it, i realy don't wanna have to install windowz just for Acronis...
