Sysagent
Hi there, Just retired the good olde reliable 8500GT and replaced it with an Asus GTX550 Ti card, I have got graphics output but it is in the dreaded 1024 x 768 mode... Is this graphics card compatible with Snow Leopard and if it is how do I get it to work as good as the 8500GT please? Any help greatly appreciated and I am trying to avoid upgrading to Lion at the moment as I cannot get that to work reliably on my RAID'ed drives, but if needs must I will go down that path. Many thanks in advance Sys Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/277774-snow-leopard-asus-gtx550-ti-is-it-possible/ Share on other sites
Jack Donker
Yes it is possible, just update to latest Chameleon 2.1 and use GraphicsEnabler=Yes on startup to test. It should work now.
