Bart86 Posted September 15, 2006 Share Posted September 15, 2006 Ok, I'm using an older Sun 21" on my box. The onboard GMA950 works great, but doesn't pickup the EDID data from the monitor. Subsquently I have alot of resolution choices that exceed my monitors capability. For example, when I fire up bzflag, it wan'ts to do 100hz which is out of range. I'd like to somehow trick OSX from thinking it can use for example 800x600x32@120Hz - or - I would like a way to manually apply my EDID string to the driver somehow (kinda like you do for the Callisto drivers).
