toddrocks Posted March 28, 2012 Share Posted March 28, 2012 Not the usual 'stays greyed out' but when I select my flash drive it says "not hard disk driver,try another!" I've tried creating different sized partitions always setting them to active in diskpart and even trying to set the id=af before anything has ever been done to the partition. Nothing has worked for me and I have looked very hard for a solution. My last ditch attempt is to install xp on an old tower of mine and try the whole process on it.
