hish747
I'm experiencing some strange boot behavior. Here are the symptoms. If I start the computer normally from an off state the boot never finishes and I get the circle slash no disk think. However, I can start in safe mode with -v -x and if I reboot the computer in normal mode it starts up perfectly. Here are the machine specs: Supermicro X7DAL-E Dual Xeon X5460 CPUs nVidie 7900GS w/256mb 8GB FB-Dimm 60GB OCZ Agility 2 SSD. using OSX 10.6.8 myhack (Retail 10.6.3) install but then used ###### to startup, update to 10.6.8 and then install ######. Any ideas? Thanks, Hish Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/277532-hang-on-bootsuccess-on-reboot/ Share on other sites
