Hello everyone, I'm considering building a desktop hackintosh with triple boot. I've done x86 installs on a few laptops, but I've never built a desktop of any sort before. I used the tonymacx86 customac guide, but I wanted to do use some other components that were not on the guide.

Here are the parts I'm looking at:

cpu: Intel Core i7-2700K 3.5 GHz LGA 1155 Processor BX80623I72700K http://www.amazon.com/Intel-Core-i7-2700K-Processor-BX80623I72700K/dp/B005X64OA8/

I might just use the the i5-2500.

ram: Corsair Vengeance Blue 16 GB DDR3 SDRAM Dual Channel Memory Kit CMZ16GX3M4A1600C9B
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004RFBIUU/

motherboard: Gigabyte Intel Z68 ATX DDR3 2133 LGA 1155 Motherboards GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00518M74I/

case: Corsair Carbide Series 400R Mid Tower Gaming Computer Case - CC-9011011-WW
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0055Q7BR4/

gfx card: GIGABYTE ATI Radeon HD6850 1GB DDR5 2DVI/HDMI/DisplayPort PCI-Express Video Card GV-R685OC-1GD
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004F6GJAU/

or I might just use the gpu on the intel cpu.

Power supply: Corsair Professional Series 650-Watt 80 Plus Certified Power Supply compatible with Intel and AMD Platforms - CMPSU-650HX
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002LVUPZQ/

-I have a DVD drive out of a toshiba that should work with all OS's. If not, I'm fine with USB installers.

So... What I need to know is:
-Is there anything missing from those guides that I should know about?
-What Wireless card (preferably with bluetooth so I can use my trackpad and keyboard) do I need that OSX, Windows 7, and Linux will be able to detect? I've never been able to get a linux distro to detect my wireless card in my MBP.
-Is there a noticeable difference between the i5-2500 3.3 and the i7-2600k? Meaning noticeable enough to be worth an extra $100?
-Do I really need a gfx card or can I just use the one that (from what I understand) comes with the i5 and i7? I have a feeling my roommate will want to play games on the windows side.

The OSX and Linux drives will be used for Graphic design, film, and audio. Windows will probably be mainly for games. I'm considering using a powermac g4 case (I don't know what else to do with the damn thing), but I have a feeling none of the components will fit without extreme modification.

I would really like to make sure this is all compatible with lion and all apple's updates.

Thanks in advance, I've searched Google and several forums but I just want to make sure I don't screw this up.
