WeeJeWel Posted February 26, 2012 Share Posted February 26, 2012 Hey guys, Maybe anyone can help me out on this issue. I have a perfect OSX86 installation, but the Wake On Lan is not working! If I start OSX, and then shutdown the computer, I can not boot it up using WOL. If I do the same, but with Windows, WOL does work. In OSX I am using RealtekRTL81xx.kext (0.0.90), and in the Energy prefpane the checkbox for ethernet boot is checked. What could it be? Thanks in advance! LatinMcG Posted March 1, 2012 Share Posted March 1, 2012 no.. im simply stating its likely a DSDT issue if its controled by os windows return this value. else return non window value. too complex sometimes to mess with for WOL.
