spock999 Posted February 20, 2012 Share Posted February 20, 2012 I'm trying to install SL on my old Asus P5Q (Intel Core 2 Quad 8400 2.66 GHz, 8 Gig Kingston Value Ram, EVGA GTX 550 ti with 2 Gig Ram) This what I did so Far: Reset BIOS (A.M.I. 2,61) Configure SATA as AHCI Disable all IDE Enable ACPI2 Disable C1E Support, Max CPUID Value Limit, CPU TM function, Execute Disable Bit, Intel® SpeedStep. Download / Burn and Boot from Empire EFI Switch DVDs to SL DVD and Partition HD as MAC Install OSX on New Partiontion Switch back to Empire EFI Disk and Boot System Choose OSX and Boot OS Grey Screen with multi language MSG telling me to REBOOT What did I do Wrong ????
