Hello all!

I've been trying to Hackintosh this laptop for a while, and just recently have had more success due to extra free time.

At the moment I have SL 10.6.3 installed from a retail DVD using #####, installed on the HDD and booted with Chameleon (still uses the ##### postboot.dmg). I've got two OS X partitions: a main one, and a secondary so I can make changes if something gets borked.

Currently, I can only boot OS X with the cpus=1 flag due to the i5, and the graphics are not accelerated because while Chameleon sees the ATI card and gives it the correct framebuffer, it also sees the Intel card.. and apparently OS X uses it instead.

The USB ports are a bit odd too; sometimes they don't all work.

Will a custom DSDT resolve the issues with the graphics cards, and allow me to switch between them in OS X?

I'd do it myself, but I really don't have the know-how.

DSDT Editor shows several issues at compile, but I'm not sure how to go about fixing them.
