strange problem please help!

hello all,

i installed Iatkos L2 installation goes fine and after installation i get a kernel panic

 

 

so i tried the boot flags -v npci=no cpus=1 busratio=17 i m able to go to the point where in i get stuck here is the youtube video for better understanding of my problem

any help would be appreciated thanks in advance so i switched back to sl but i see to have a different problem there ((
