daad01
Hello there, i have a big Problem and have no idea what to do... I hope you can help me i have googled this for hours but got nothing working... So my System-Specifcations are: Mainboard: Asus P8P67 (not Pro nor Deluxe nether something else only the stock P8P67) CPU: i5 2500K RAM: 8 GB Corsair Vengenace Graphics: Geforce GTX 275 HD: Only 1 500GB HD conected, 3 others (>1TB per Disk unconnected to MB) I decide to install SL on my PC but when i try to boot the Installation with serval boot disks (like Andys Boot Disk, reagesBootdisk, #####, ##### Legacy, and so on). Then i eject the bootdisk and try to boot with my just Buyed SL-Retail-Disk. The grey Apple-Logo appears and after 2 minutes it disappears and fades into a Black Screen. My DVD-Drive is reading the DVD but nothing happens. After waiting about 30 Minutes i have to rebooted the PC because nothing happened. I tried to boot verbose, in safemod, with GraphicsEnabler=No, with only 4GB memory but still get a black screen. In verbose-boot i see the text running and get a "DSMOS has arrived" text then this error: ACPI_SMC_PlatformPlugin::start waitForService(resourceMatching(AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement) timed out And within a second the Screen fades into Black and isnt doing anything. Attached you will find a Photo of the ErrorMessage. I hope somebody can help me to get this sh*t working.... sorry for my bad english i am from Austria and dont speak english very well... best regards Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/275365-installing-sl-on-p8p67/ Share on other sites
