Dradis
I'm trying to use RevoBoot, but i'm getting confused. Does anyone know how to configure this? Please help. I've followed the instructions at https://github.com/b...ing-RevoBuilder and everything went as described. But then I got to a line in the section called "Edit Settings.h" that says "The automatically generated settings.h file will not be perfect and will most probably need tweaking. As to know what to change? well that's for another chapter!" Well, I had hoped that I would get to this chapter, but I never found it. How do i know what to edit in settings.h? Then at the end, the instructions tell how to compile. I'm not sure, does compiling mean that the revoboot loader is installed? I've heard a lot of talk about using SSDT files with RevoBoot because they are easier to edit than DSDT. When/Where do I use these files? I know my knowledge of RevoBoot is extremely low, but I would like to try it out. I think I may be at the wrong starting point. Does anyone here know of a good tutorial? Any help is appreciated. Thanks. beta992
Hi! Did you get to manage Revoboot to work? I have almost the same MB: P8H67M Pro V3.0. Mike74
Hi. have you done the RevoBoot compile? If not check the file "settings-template.h" there is a description what each setting does. And NO the RevoBoot will not be installed after you just compile it. You have to install it manually. Good luck!
