52nd_state
I have an Asus upgraded X72JR-TY012V notebook computer i'd like to install OSX on. Problem is they seem to have different names in diffrent countries. After searching the web, i've come up with the three model number in the title. The specs seem to vary, but the machine seem to be the same overall. Anyway, the specs are: i5-520m (Nehalem, i believe) 2gb ram (Normally 8gb) 80gb 5400rpm (Normally 120gb SSD + 500gb) Mobility Radeon HD5470 I've been trying to boot OSX on this thing for months now. I've tried pretty much every distro i could find. Closest i've come was an unsupported card error on a retail install with #####. I've run Leopard on my Zepto for maybe two years now without issues. OSX runs fine on the Asus if i virtualize it, but quite frankly, thats rubbish.
