Lion boot error with 4GB memory!?

Hi!

 

I bought 2x2Gb memory to my desktop PC.

I putted them in, but Lion wasn't start.

When I use one module, than it is starting.

When I put in the second, then Lion can't start.

I tried in single channel and dual channel mode to.

I tried with maxmem=2048 and maxmem=4096 but nothing happened.

On my other HDD with Windows 7 they are working well.

I edited my smbios.plist, but nothing happened.
