Hi

I am making my first attempt at creating a hackintosh. I have downloaded ##### and have followed the ##### install guide, several times with various boot flags, but the result is always the same. ##### works fine, I then insert the SL install disc and the grey Apple screen appears with a rotating wheel just under the Apple. After a min or so, the disc stops spinning in the drive and a white error logo appears over the apple.

Im running;

Packard Bell MCP73VT-PM motherboard

GeForce 7050/ nforce 610i on-board graphics

Intel Quad Q6600 2.4GHz CPU

Ubuntu 11.10 OS

3GB RAM

Can anyone tell me if this system is compatible with a Snow Leopard install? Or has anyone overcome this problem before?

All help would be much appreciated.
