I have and HP Pavillian FQ516AA-A2L a6648f

its old and wanted to use it for dual boot with iatkos

so i was wondering what hardware i would need to switch out to get this workinf properly

what is the minimum i would need to switch to maybe run CS5 properly?

im guessing graphics would be number 1, so what would be a proper new graphics that would work with the system?

Is your system 64 bit capable? If yes, why will you have to swap anything? If no...nLion is not possible, though Snow Leopard may be.

 

You want to run CS5..well which app from CS5.

Running audition hardly has the same hardware requirements as running after effects and premiere pro!

 

Boot into some linux distro and run lspci, post the output so we have a spec to work from.
