x58Ethan
Hi, I'm new to the InsanelyMac Forums so please excuse me if this is in the wrong section , Basically, about a month ago I decided to build a Hackintosh, and now that i have the ability to do so, I was looking at the SAPPHIRE Pure Black X58 PB-CI7S41X58 as this mobo seems to tick all of the boxes for me. What I wanted to know is, is this Motherboard fully compatible for a Hackintosh system as it uses the Intel x58 Chipset? If so what are the needed files for it to work? Like DSDT and Kexts, Can you guys please provide me with them? As I am a complete newbie to all of this, however, any help will be appreciated! If this is not compatible, any suggestions for alternative Motherboards around the same price range and capabilities are welcomed.
