WarSaw
I am having difficulty obtaining temperature readings for my CPU cores. I have tried various FakeSMC kexts, with mixed results. I tried revision 427 with suggested plugins (attached), revision 405 as per Mohamed Khairy's guide here, and also revision 391 as per this post's suggestion in reply to Khairy's guide. The best of the ones I tried (a few more than the two above, but can't remember where I found them), is revision 391 which has "Heatsink A" and Northbridge temperatures, but no core temps. Can anyone shed some light on how I can remedy this? WarSaw
OR, if there is no immediate solution, I would love to work on one and make it available to others. I am unsure where to start on this task either though. I have seen mention of certain tools in windows that can give information regarding my specific hardware, but know not their names. If anyone has any information on what to do here or who to contact, I would appreciate that too.
