Hello,

I am using RealtekRTL81xx.kext and the LAN works perfectly, if I have the LAN Cable plugged in on boot. If I replug the LAN Cable, it doesnt work any longer..

It says connected but has no IP.

I don't know what LAN Card I have.. This information is nowhere.

Regards

motherboard model and rev might help. or lspci

try lnx2mac driver

I already have lnx2mac installed. I don't know the Mainboard Model at all.. Here is the fact sheet. http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c02863970&tmp_task=prodinfoCategory&cc=de&dlc=de&lc=de&product=5112803

I found out, if i unload the kext and load it again, i can replug it, and it still works..

Regards

My Modified kernel in /

dsdt might be wrong due to ram size or bios version

make a .dsl from both original yours and his dsdt and compare it with text wrangler

u have to click save after extracting . it displays it. u can add to a text file and name it dsdt.dsl

I use the DSDT from the thread, how do you mean, i should compare it ? i only have one
