TwitchOSX Posted September 11, 2006 Share Posted September 11, 2006 Finally found this. Upgraded to 10.4.7 last week and was without Desktop Manager for a few days.. THAT sucked! Tried Virtue but it wouldnt display a pager like I wanted. So I found this. It seems to work the same as before except for 2 issues. Issue 1. The pager quits every once in a while for no apparent reason. At that point, all the windows that I have in other desktops are not accessible unless I restart DesktopManager. I try to launch desktopmanager and half the time it will start right back up, other times I have to keep trying over and over. Fine.. Issue 2. None of the applications icons show up in their respective window icons in the pager. Bummer. TwitchOSX Posted September 11, 2006 Author Share Posted September 11, 2006 BTW - DesktopManager vs. .6 doesnt like QuarkXpress 5 in Classic. Whenever I run Quark 5, it kills DesktopManager and I cant re-open it until I quit Xpress 5 in classic. I can leave classic open.. but I just cant run Xpress. Not sure about other apps in Classic as Xpress 5 is the only one I use every once in a while.. but .. just thought you all should know.
