CorreoMail Posted November 17, 2011 Share Posted November 17, 2011 Hi guys, I just finish to install Lion on my Toshiba Laptop but I cant get work the Nvidia GT 330M. The funny thing is on SnowLeopard Works native so I thought would be the same but is not I use [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url] 3.9 for SL at an external HD with two partitions 1) Rescue OSX (with snow leopard as a portable OSX) 2) Lion installer. When the fresh install run at first boot (with the bootloader of the external drive) the graphics runs like a charm. the trouble is when I install [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url] (SL or Lion version) into the lapto drive then the graphics stop working. I already try copying the nvidia kext for SL into Lion but nothing happens. Thank you everyone. HcMtnBiker Posted November 24, 2011 Share Posted November 24, 2011 Delete the offending nvidia kexts from -s mode. You'll have to find working kexts for the nvidia card to get Quartz working in lion.
