fredouille
Hello, I have a strange problem under 10.7.2, when I plug my USB mp3 player (D-Jix M450) with Lion ,it's not reconized . The consol says : 09/11/11 19:16:45,000 kernel: 0 0 AppleUSBCDC: start - initDevice failed 09/11/11 19:16:45,000 kernel: USBF: 456. 35 Endpoint 0x81 of the USB device "ROCK MP3" at location 0xfa200000: converting Bulk MPS from 256 to 512 (USB 2.0 Spec section 5.8.3) 09/11/11 19:16:45,000 kernel: USBF: 456. 35 Endpoint 0x1 of the USB device "ROCK MP3" at location 0xfa200000: converting Bulk MPS from 256 to 512 (USB 2.0 Spec section 5.8.3) 09/11/11 19:16:51,000 kernel: USBF: 461.933 AppleUSBEHCI[0xffffff801310d000]::Found a transaction which hasn't moved in 5 seconds on bus 0xfa, timing out! (Addr: 0, EP: 0) 09/11/11 19:16:57,000 kernel: USBF: 467.966 [0xffffff80131c7000] The IOUSBFamily is having trouble enumerating a USB device that has been plugged in. It will keep retrying. (Port 2 of Hub at 0xfa000000) When I try with Windows or SnowLeopard, the mp3 player is reconized as an USB device. I checked on the site : http://www.logicom-europe.com/#/fiche/Fich...ame=d_jix_m_450 they don't relate any problem . I don't understand why I only have problem with this USB device and not with the others USB devices such as Printer, Ipod, USB key .. I googled it and saw some similar issues but not solution I tried with my 2 PCs (EP45-DS3 & P35-DS4) and it's the same. I use chameleon 2.1 rev 1618, patched DSDT with maldon app . I tried as suggested in Tonymac forum from other tread to boot with UseKernelCache but didn't help Any idea ? thanks in advance fred Extra.zip Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/271889-usb-device-mp3-player-is-not-reconized-under-lion/ Share on other sites
