Hello,

I have a strange problem under 10.7.2, when I plug my USB mp3 player (D-Jix M450) with Lion ,it's not reconized . The consol says :

09/11/11 19:16:45,000 kernel: 0 0 AppleUSBCDC: start - initDevice failed

When I try with Windows or SnowLeopard, the mp3 player is reconized as an USB device.

I checked on the site : http://www.logicom-europe.com/#/fiche/Fich...ame=d_jix_m_450

they don't relate any problem . I don't understand why I only have problem with this USB device and not with the others USB devices such as Printer, Ipod, USB key ..

I googled it and saw some similar issues but not solution

I tried with my 2 PCs (EP45-DS3 & P35-DS4) and it's the same. I use chameleon 2.1 rev 1618, patched DSDT with maldon app . I tried as suggested in Tonymac forum from other tread to boot with UseKernelCache but didn't help :D

Any idea ?

thanks in advance

Extra.zip

I made some other few tests with USB option in Org.chameleon.boot.plist such as :

USB Bus Fix,

EHCI acquire Fix,

USB legacy,

but still no success ! Dunno what I can do more :D

I'm stuck with this annoying issue !
