Hey Guys,

I am new to this forum and it's a great forum.

I am building a computer from scratch and after a lot of research I have came up with this set-up.

I want to install Mac OS X and Windows 7 together on the SSD Drive which I already have.

The computer will be for Video Editing (Premiere, After Effects, Avid, Pinnacle Studio HD..)

I would be glad to hear your opinion if I am doing the right choices.

CPU

i7 2600K (Will be overclocked to maximum)

CPU COOLING

Noctua NH-D14

Motherboard

Gigabyte Z68X-UD5-B3

(Perhaps I can change to a cheaper model like Z68X-UD3H-B3 / Z68X-UD3P-B3 ? Will they work perfectly?)

MEMORY

4X4GB G.Skill RipJaw X Edition Dual Channel CL7-8-7-24

(I thought of changing them to 4x4GB G.Skill RipJaw Edition Dual Channel CL9-9-9-24 which are 1.5V..?

also wanted to go with Corsair Vengeance but they are not fitting with NH-D14 Cooling..)

HARD DRIVERS

Crucial SSD 128GB - Already owned

DeskStar 2TB 7200RPM 64MB 6Gb/s SATA III (Will work on RAID 6Gb/s)

DeskStar 2TB 7200RPM 64MB 6Gb/s SATA III (Will work on RAID 6Gb/s)

Video Card

PNY QUADRO 4000 2GB GDDR5 DX11 2xDP DVI PCI-E

BURNERS

ASUS 24B3ST

ASUS BC-12B1LT

(Will they work on Mac? I need a blu-ray burner)

CASE

Corsair CC650DW

PSU

Corsair CMPSU-700GS

Thanks for your time and help.
