philbagg
I'm running 10.6.7 on an AMD PC, if you need more specs just let me know, but this might be an OSX problem. Graphics card is Nvidia Geforce 9500GT It was running fine for a few days, but ever since I've tried to install Pro Tools a few times, I've had issues with choppy/jerky video on youtube, and other flash player video sites. It makes the videos pretty much unwatchable. Any idea what it might be? I've seen this problem on an actual Mac Pro (PowerPC processors), so could it be the lack of Intel processors? Noam AA
i don't know if it will help you, but when i upgraded my hack to 10.7.2 i had a video card injection problem (Black screen), so after couple of (hard) restarts and messing around, i solved this problem, BUT i started experiencing some really weird and choppy sound, and video. for about 3 days i was wondering what the hell it might be, cause i had completely perfect hackintosh all the way, the end of it was i found my Graphic Card was somehow decided to run only on 2x length instead the FULL 16x speed, so, it made some troubles, the only way to fix it was to get it out, turn the pc without it, turn it off, then plug in the card again. i hope it's your problem too, but not to sure Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/271158-choppyjerky-flash-player-video-playback/#findComment-1765430 Share on other sites
