cyris ng Posted September 8, 2006 Share Posted September 8, 2006 It's almost been 9 months since I deleted OSx86 from my PC's hard disk since it lacked support for my motherboard's LAN, sound & FW400 ports and my Nvidia 6800GT 256MB. Waingro Posted November 13, 2006 Share Posted November 13, 2006 I also have a 6800GT, however, it's AGP. Macvidia works, but no QE, CI, OpenGL...so I don't call that "mature". I get no help in installing Titan for it...I successfully replaced the Device ID, so at least it works without QE / CI etc. But I get no help in installig the latest Semthex kernel OVER my Jas 10.4.8 update (which has a slightly older kernel, whatever anyone else says), and they say QE and CI only work with the latest Semthex kernel... The Semthex 10.4.8 kernel is present in the Jas 10.4.8 DVD, but simply installing it destroys the system.
