beezle Posted October 25, 2011 Share Posted October 25, 2011 Hello all, I am trying to get my sound working through DSDT. I have an ALC888 chip and VoodooHDA has horrible quality. I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me with patching my DSDT, as I do not have an HDEF line to edit. Every time I have tried to edit my DSDT, I get an error message "Unable to find driver for this platform /ACPI/ @" with a backtrace.
