HP Notebook "still waiting for root device" error

I have a HP dv8130us Notebook with a Turin ML-40 processor. I've installed Jas Mac OS 10.4.7 but when I try to boot the system I get the "still waiting for root device" error

 

Acording to this link: Incompatible_Hardware_10.4.5 a similar notebook to the one I have (dv8135nr) is imcompatible.

 

Any solutions?
