Hi everyone !

I have a toshiba laptop A660-11m with osx Lion 10.7.1 which is a bit a pain to set as a hackintosh.

The hardware of the computer is :

i7 720 qm

geforce gt 330m

4 go ram

My main problem is the processor.

If I don't boot with cpus=1 the computer is really slow, so slow I cannot type my password to login. It's a mouse\system lag.

Looking at the forum I've seen voodooTSCSync may fix this. I tried it, I can now boot with cpus=4 almost 95% of the time. It's 2 cores/4 threads working. I really would want to have all my cores working. I tried tweaking the info.plist of the kext to match my cpus number but I still get a KP if I put over cpus=4.

Is there a kernel which could fix that, or a dsdt fix? I'm just looking for hope!

Ok, that was the first issue. The other one is the speedstep. I tried tweaking the dsdt and using apple's kext with no luck.

I could use voodoo power to have the throttle of the frequency but what about the processor voltage ? (I think it's called c-state). Is there a way to have the cpu as power efficient as in windows?

Thanks for reading. If I forgot any detail let me know.
