There's a lot of information that needs to be addressed beyond 'an AMD system'. It may or may not work. If it's a newer CPU, the answer is 'probably'. Whether it will be fully featured depends on the mainboard and the graphics card. As for whether it will run just as well as an Intel board, I highly doubt it.
