gobli
setup: CPU: Intel Pentium 4 517 (Prescott) SSE3 Motherboard: ASUS P5KPL-AM EPU Chipset: Intel P35/g33/g31 Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GT 220 1GB ethernet: Atheros AR8121/AR8113/AR8114 audio: NVIDIA High Definition Audio ? optical drives: NEC DVD_RW ND-4550A, HL-DT-ST DVD-Rom GDR8164B The motherboard is on the HCL list, but with a different setup. I never managed to succesfully install OSX86. I tried downloading iAtkos L1 and burning with TransMac. But installing fails: It gets stuck after booting the cd on the grey screen with an Apple logo. If I hit f8 and type -v [enter]; after a few lines the screen turns black. Any Idea's? Or topics I could try? Where to start? PookyMacMan
Use a retail Leopard or Snow Leopard disc. I have a guide for Snow Leopard in the Genius Bar.
