Can't install the retail MAC OS X image

Hello,

I'm running iDeneb 10.5.8 on my PC and seems that it works well. I would like to upgrade it to an official relase image and I found this guide:

I followed all the guide except when you have to boot using a bootable USB flash driver, since that method didn't work for me I've tryed installing the pc efi v9 and finally I can get to this screen:

the problem is that when I press enter it appear the apple logo and after some seconds it crash giving me a kernel panic.

 

Anyone could know why it give me this issue?
