On to the next problem... why there's display corruption when it boots.

Hi all.

So here's my problem...

I've got a 1st generation Inspiron XPS that I'm trying to get OSX installed on... I've finally managed to get it all partitioned and get OSX installed and everything. That part all worked fine. However, it refuses to boot. I select it in bootmagic, it tries to boot, then the laptop just reboots. I've tried booting with -v and I didn't see any error messages offhand... I've searched this forum at length and haven't found anything yet. Any ideas?

The hardware in question is:

Dell Inspiron XPS v1

3.4GHz P4E

1GB RAM

9800m w/WUXGA panel

Seagate 160GB/5400RPM HDD

Intel 2915AGN miniPCI .11a/b/g (replaced flaky broadcom card)

...and I think that's all the relevant info

Any suggestions?

Thanks.
