lilpacbe Posted September 5, 2006 Share Posted September 5, 2006 Hello Guys, ive got this next problem. i have recently (yesterday) downloaded the 10.4.7 (?) Jas dvd. Now when i put this in my first pc ( p4 2gh, SSE2, 512Mbram,Geforce4mx ) the cd doesnt load, it hangs at the apple logo with grey background ( ive waited up to 30min , still nothin' ). When i insert the disk in my new pc ( intel D820 , 2,8Gh , dualcore, 1gb-ram ) The cd boots after 2min and i can choose my language... . What can i do to make this work for my fist pc to? Mine are PRI1 Master IDEHDD and SEC1 Master DVD-RW Try with the HDD as primary master and the DVD drive as primary slave. Use jumpers, don't depend upon cable select.
