When booting into the iAtkos S3v2 disc, I get a kernel panic every time.

I have tried the following options:

-v -x cpus=1 busratio=20 maxmem=2048

It gets to the same point every time and kernel panics. After loading the HFS+ files, it says:

Errors encountered while starting up the computer.

Pausing for 5 seconds...

And then it says something about patching and loading and I go to a different screen and instantly kernel panic.

The kernel panic image is attached.

My hardware is as follows:

ASUS P5KPL-CM

Intel® Core2 Extreme CPU Q6850 @ 3.00GHz

4GB RAM

nVidia Corporation G92 [GeForce 9800 GTX]

Ethernet controller: Atheros Communications AR8121/AR8113/AR8114 Gigabit or Fast Ethernet (rev b0)

Audio device: Intel Corporation N10/ICH 7 Family High Definition Audio Controller (rev 01)
