Compatibility Issues in Future? Will it even work?

I was just wondering about something today after looking and researching MacIntel computers. I don't know if it would be possible or if anyone has tried anything close to this setup, but if it would work I might be willing to buy it. Here is what I would like to do:

 

Intel Core 2 E6600 2.4 Ghz (Overclocked to ~ 3 Ghz)

Asus P5N32SLI SE Deluxe (Nvidia x32 chipset)

Corsair XMS2 2GB (running at ~ DDR2 1000)

eVGA 7950 GX2 (x2)

Western Digital 500 GB Sata-II (x4)

 

 

I am not sure if it is even possible to run this chipset, video card, or hard drives; but I am throwing in two video cards and four hard drives. If anyone has any ideas or can show me why this would/would not work, please feel free to let me know.
