Buy new PC prepared for Lion

I need advice to buy a new computer for install the 10.7.1 or earlier version.

 

I think buy one of these motherboard:

 

- Gigabyte GA-Z68A-D3H-B3

 

- Gigabyte GA-Z68XP-UD4

 

This processor: Intel Core i5 2500K 3.3Ghz Box Socket 1155

 

RAM: Kingston HyperX Blu DDR3 1600 PC3-12800 4GB 2x2GB CL9

 

And the SO installed on a SSD disk: OCZ Solid 3 SATA 3 2.5" SSD

 

Is this hardware compatible?
