I have been trying to install iPC OSX on my AMD-Based PC.

My Specs are:

Motherboard: ASUS M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3 - AMD® 880G Chipset

CPU: AMD PHENOM IIx4 955 BE

Graphics Card: ATI RADEON XFX 5770 PCI-E

I have made it to the install screen once by changing my, "cpus=1" and a couple random other commands like, "fsb" and things.

Sometimes I can make it to the Apple Logo and I won't see the Spinning loading Symbol...Until I move my mouse around, then it will pop up. It's very strange. If anyone could point me in the right direction with a recommended distro/whatever else you think I need, I would appreciate it very much. I saw a video on youtube of a guy running this, with my exact system specs.

Oh, and I am running my computer on the AHCI settings, that helped alot.

Thanks.

UPDATE: I have the Mac screen popping up now, but now I'm getting a message that says,

"You need to restart your computer. Hold down the Power button for several seconds or press the Restart Button." In a couple different languages.

Any insight? Thanks. I will not give up on this.

And hopefully after I get it working on my PC, I can write a tutorial on how to get it working on my hardware, because I've noticed a lot of people have my hardware.
