azmyth
So, I decided to give this a try as a way to have a final cut dedicated editing machine for less cost. here's my build H67M-D2-B3 gigabyte board Core i3 2100 cpu 8 gigs of Gskill ram Optiarc DVDRW Nvidia GT240 512MB I had some issues to begin with, but finally got OSX installed. However, my audio/video aren't recognized and sleep doesn't work (it won't wake back up once its put to sleep) my video card only shows on resolution. I tried adding a string to the boot.plist by adding PciRoot=1 and that worked, except my monitor went blue and froze when trying to change the resolution. On reboot I had the right resolution however, but I attempted to install one of the VoodooHDA settings in ##### for audio, and after that at first I got some kernelpanic errors, and then it finally decided to boot.. but now I have no video card options again. I need some help! Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/266788-new-to-the-boards-day-3-of-working-on-my-new-hackintosh/ Share on other sites
