Yeshi
Hi all, Im new to this scene, i did however register at some point in the distant past but was unsuccessful but im determined to install something that works this time. Anyway my LAPTOP specs ;- Acer Intel Mobile Core 2 Duo T5800 Instructions ; - MMX, SSE (1,2,3,3s) EM64T DDR2 3MB Graphics ;-Intel 45 Express chipset family 200GB (partitioned down the middle 2x100). Now ive created another primrary unformatted partition using easeus partition master.. Downloaded Leo and burnt to DVD, Changed the settings for Sata from IDE to AHCI mode, rebooted and got the apple logo.. It now just sticks on this forever and ever :censored2:. So i tried -x , -v, -s but nothing.. ive also tried cpus=1 and still nothing.. Could anyone shed any light on this?? as im a little stuck.. Could it be the distro?? if soe what would you recommend?? drule
You'll need to provide more info than that. For instance, what are using for a boot loader? Chameleon? EFI? What versions? What kernel? What other kexts? etc. etc. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/266713-help-with-installation/#findComment-1742736 Share on other sites
