mcbyte_it Posted August 17, 2011 Share Posted August 17, 2011 I used nawcom's MBR patch to install Lion on an MBR partition, and it's working fine. Now with the new 10.7.1 update from Apple, will the update remove the mbr compatibility? do I need to apply the patch a second time? Once the OS is installed, its filesystem drivers recognize HFS partitions on MBR. I don't know about 10.7.2.
