drummer4now Posted August 15, 2011 Share Posted August 15, 2011 Hi, I am using MBR and have tried Aju Deeju method but the Lion installer still cant recognize my hard drive. Ive tried other methods as well and no luck. I am currently using a usb device to boot the installer, and don't have achi mode in my bios. My computer specs: Windows 7 ultimate i5 processor IDE hard drive I think so? If you need more information please let me know. If you need more information please let me know. 1st it have to be AHCI 2nd make sure if its IDE or Sata ,if its IDE search around _if its Sata it should work normaly 3rd the aju deeju method should work normally with the MBR hdd ,only in sata i guess so make sure first of what u have 4th u can format the HDD to GUID and u still can setup windows 7 on it ,MBR are meant to be only for windows but GUID on other hand is for both.
