marugby123
Hey Guys, I am the moderator for the Asus Netbook section of these forums, and have written a comprehensive guide to getting Snow Leopard on the 1005HA/1005HAB netbook, so I am familiar with "hackintoshing" lol Before I get spammed with "there is already a post on that motherboard", I looked over the posts and tried each install method over the last 2 years, all failing for various reasons. My question is this. Before I made my netbook guide, I tried getting OS X on my desktop build. I tried iDeneb v1.3, iDeneb v1.4, iAtkos v6 and iAtkos v7. I also tried doing a Boot132 disk, although that failed all together. When I used iDeneb or iAtkos, it would install, and then I would get a KP either from the graphics card (which back then I had an ATI 3850 in the desktop) or from the IDE/PATA controller. Since then, I have upgraded the graphics card and changed my HDD to sata. Could anyone help me in installing Snow Leopard on my setup? I'm not sure what install method would be best for this setup and would appreciate all help in the EXACT kexts, kernel file, and DSDT file I need to get this bad boy up and running. Thanks in advance.
