exxpert
Hello everyone, I installed iAtkos S3 V2 on my pc and everything works fine but when I open a picture using iPhoto (Preview) is shown only gray background, is also not working screenshot, when I make a screenshot (using Command-Shift-3) hear only the sound but on my desktop isn't saved files. The same case is with Photoshop don't display a gray background, but there are hole, the field is transparent that I see the desktop background. I should note that iPhoto and the screenshot option works in the past, when the system was freshly installed. Does anyone know how could I fix this problem? Sorry for my english. exxpert
Help please, I re-installed the system and everything was okay in the beginning, after I installed an application that requires restart, was created the same problem, I can not even have a translucent menu bar, that option is gone! Foxic
Whatever you installed has disabled QE/CI, your post might be better suited to the graphics forum. What was it you installed that caused this? What are your system specs? Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/263994-iphoto-preview-not-working/#findComment-1727888 Share on other sites

I installed Steer Mouse, his destination directory is the Utilities, I have installed other programs in the application folder and everything worked great. My specs: Intel Core2Duo 2.53 GHz ASUS P5KPL 2 GB RAM nVidia 8600 GT 512MB iAtkos s3 v2 Snow Leopard 10.6.7 Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/263994-iphoto-preview-not-working/#findComment-1728015 Share on other sites
Foxic
Maybe installing it has limited you to 32 bit and maybe your graphics drivers don't work with qe/ci in 32 bit. I would remove Steer Mouse and see if that cures the problem.
