scrambled screen after wake from sleep

i am installing lion GM everything is perfect except battery(not important)and annoying problem that when i put my laptop to sleep or my screen goes dim after wake up my screen goes scrambled i have this problem with GE but when using ATY_Init after sleep my screen don't has problem and its work perfect.

any help with this problem will be appreciated .
